 HELENA MEDINA started her career as a scriptwriter at NBC, in New York. In Spain, she has scripted TV movies, series, docu-dramas and documentaries which have been broadcast on TVE, TV3, Canal Plus, etc. In the last three years she has been a tutor at the PILOTS Television Fiction Screenwriting Workshops (Media Programme of the EU), and a script consultant and script editor for several production companies and European state agencies. She still spends part of the year in New York, where she's an associate to the Writers Guild of America East, and a university professor at the New School University, teaching European Television in Comparative Perspective . She has a PhD from Columbia University, New York.

CHRISTIAN ROUTH started his career in the movie industry in 1978, and has worked at Thorn Emi, Cannon UK and Red Rooster Films. He was head of selection at the European Script Fund of the Media Programme of the EU for 8 years. In the last three years, he has been Head of Studies at the MEDIA Programme's PILOTS Screenwriting workshops.
